    Hoffman 1a Bad?

    How often do the interior of Hoffman 1A's go bad. Pulled one off of a cold radiator with steam being made and water came out of the vent itself, not radiator. Only it smelled faintly like alcohol. Is the inner vessel ruptured? Will replace with new, but just thought I would ask the question to see everyone elses experience with these.
