Try roadwhore.com They post alot of work mostly in this country but i have seen some powerplant work in other countries posted in the past. Most of the work is pipefitting and welding type work. Hope this helps.

One of my former employees went there. Said it was the experience of a life time, but said he probably wouldn't go back. You have to complete a fairly rigorous psycological examination, because once you are there, there's no leaving until your stint is done.

Had some interesting stories about the heating systems and plumbing systems there. What a great place to go and test heating systems eh.. Design condition? You have NO idea :-)
