space heating/DHW w Tankless?

In one of the trade mags a couple years ago there was something on a tankless with dual HX so you could do DHW and some radiant with the same unit.

I've done it with a bronze pump and separate flat plate HX, but this was all in one package.

I would rather put a Knight in, but it's a tiny house that doesn't need much, and their budget might not allow for it. So don't beat me up about using a "real" boiler please. I'm just looking at all the options- trying to give the customer every chance to keep their cast iron baseboards. I'd hate to see them get a furnace. Any brands you know of or recommend? If no dual capability units, any tankless that are rated for space heating alone? Our local code says "no water heaters" and that includes the Rinnai.

use a combi... TT excellence or the Embassy BMS or Axia.
