reverse

The reverse auastat will switch on with temperture rise. Itst primary use on a boiler is it only allows the circulator to come on when the boiler is hot enough to help prevent combustion condencing. And it the boiler supplies hot water though a coil, it shuts of the circulators on temperture drop to prevent loss of hot water.

The triple has two high limits , a reverse and a switching relay to control the circulator from a thermostat. When the thermostat is not calling , the low controls the boiler water temperture for hot water or just to maintain mininal boiler water. With a call for heat from the thermostat , the burner will fire up and the circulator will run. , The circulator may cycle on and off. This depends on returning water from radiation. The burner will run until temperture reaches the High plus the( Diff - 5*)
