wood boiler again

First question was not clear. re:http://www.centralboiler.com/media/CBBrochure.pdf page 14 existing boiler. I'm only concerned with the piping in the wraparound loop - that is between the tee at the top (supply) and bottom (return). All piping after the supply tee and before the return tee is existing and code compliant. System has 3 zone valves. The existing boiler has a domestic coil with no priority control or outdoor reset. Central Boiler told me that the size of the piping in the wraparound loop should be 1 1/4", as that is the size of the heat exchanger tappings. The existing supply and return tees and manifolds are 1 1/4". When the supply circ pumps to the zone/s will the wraparound loop cause any problems getting max temp water to the zone/s? Should the circs be the same head, gpm, speed, etc? Some thoughts - monoflow tees, check valves, wraparound loop piping smaller than manifolds. Has anyone done this and does it work as shown in drawing? Thanks
