Just throw it out and replace it!!
Is that not the "American Way"??
If it did not Break and last longer do you think that you and or me will be as busy?
Yes I Understand, It is very frustrating especially when it is Broke outta the box...!
Make's you second guess your diagnostics?
Sucks having to drive back to the shop to get another part which you do not know if it will work ehh?
Also makes you want to Bench test all of the parts before stocking them on the truck!!
I just add more weigth to my truck and add more parts !

shoddy parts

Expansion tanks
seem to be our problem child. They seem to last 2 years. Watts and Extrol both. Anybody have an idea what has changed in th elast 20 years that makes these things so short-lived?

expansion tanks
maybe the epa has caused some material in the manufacture of those tanks to be changed making them more prone to corrosion,or could there be some electro-galvanic force at work?
my new fan center is so "buzzy" that i must take that one back too![at least it works].nbc0 -
copper fittings
These damn things, you have to rim them, make them round with a crescent wrench. Copper fittings have definitely changed.
