heat loss

i'm trying to find the best way to do heat loss for to figure out the size of a new boiler or really just for any situation i would need it in, for radiant also, i know the supply house will do it but i want to know how to do it myself any suggestions where to find the materials or if anyone wants to email it to me its driving me nuts! thanks

This is a good site
the link below is good and I do believe if you search this site there is one as well. The only thing with the one Im suggesting is that it calculates in watts so you need to Google a watts to BTUs conversion.
