cold basement rads

Just installed a new luna/baxi boiler in a very small bungalow. The basement rads now do not heat up.We only drained the main floor rads and the primary diverter tee loop.Basement rads only have 1 rad valve so I'm only able to purge 1 of the 2 lines to the rad.Any tricks of the trade out there that have worked for you guys other than adding another valve. Thanks in advance

Were they on their own zone / pump before? Now? Either air bound or no circulation.

is the piping a monoflow loop and how well did they work before?0 -
basemeant rads aren't heating
when bleeding or purging the basemeant system make sure the water is cold because hot water dosen't want to go down (heat rises) -- puff back0
