Does anyone use the TSI CA-6100 Combustion Analyzer?

I'm using a new CA-6130 combustion analyzer. Using the probe, I get the stack and room temps, but the O2 and CO numbers seem too low, like zero CO2, even though the fan has run. The efficiency screen just blinks zeros.
How long do you typically need to run the vacuum fan to get readings? I would think that five minutes should be fine.
Any tips?

Check the language setup?
Hi Steve-
The manual had something in it about not setting it up correctly (calibrating, not sure), that the screen would read blanks and zeros.0 -
It is fast
I like mine. It is faster responding to changes in the flue than my Bacharach or my Testo. Like Brad said, there may be something wrong with the setup, otherwise call the mfg.

On room air ?
Or in flue gas ?
My 6140 reads 20.8-20.9 % O2 and zero CO2 on room air.
It flashes when it is on room air or on error/fault.
What is your O2 reading on room air ?
Hope you don't need an O2 sensor, they're out of them at the factory. I've been waiting all week and projected ship date is 10/16. This from a company who promised 24-48 hour delivery of sensors when I was shopping and ordered it. GRRRRRRRR......0 -
The default is English, so that is already setup.
Start-up automatically goes through the calibration process and has no errors. It's as if the vacuum isn't bringing the gases into the device.
I'll call their tech support tomorrow AM.0 -
02 reading is 20.9%
CO2 is 0%

Room air ?
If so, that's good. 21% is max room air O2, normally. It "knows" any reading with 20.9% isn't flue gas.
Stick it in a flue and go. If you've got those readings with the probe in a flue, check the condensate trap connections. Mine had the o-ring roll and not seal once.0
