SmartFilter 0-5 after changing tank filter

Smart filter is compatible with Garber or Westwood
Get it at your heating wholesaler
I have never used an automobile filter
Something is up with the vac gauge going to to 5
is this a gravity flow (tank at same level) as burner?
can you get oil to flow by itself or does it need to be pulled by fuel pump? Flush oil line before staring burner.
good luck
