Hi, Have a HC-180 Hydrotherm Boiler, Promlem: Burners not firing. Tested the following. Gas pressure good. All four Honeywell zones turn on the pump. Millivolt pilot keep the pilot on. jumped out the thermal at the back panel and the boiler fired once. Took jump off and tested again no fire. Jumped out Th & Tr and boiler fired. Boiler has aquastat relay checked for 110 volt, ok Low Voltage side has 24 Volt. Checked with Hydeotherm no trouble shooting manual and no help I guess to old? Gas valve should be good if it fires when jump, Right? I was thinking about the zone valve end switch but all 4 cant be bad. Need help...
