Yesterday my oldest daughter's pop warner 105 lb midget football cheerleading squad won 1st place for their region. These 10 and 11 year old girls worked extremely hard for this and completely nailed their performance. They are off to Trenton,NJ for round two in a few weeks. Hopefully, this is the year they make it all the way to Disney World. This championship is the first in many many years for this organization and the entire group is going crazy for these little girls.

Dan, sorry for the off topic but we are just so proud of the work of this girls. By the way, my poor daughter broke her foot two weeks before the competition at one of their football games. She cheered the last 5 minutes of game with a broken heel bone and never complained. Who said cheerleaders are not tough do not know the determination and dedication these girls have. Samantha was there on the sidelines cheering her squad on, cast and crutches by her side. She was picked by the squad and coaches to go got their Championship trophy. What an honor to see her go out and celebrate with her friends.
