I had 4 Alt energy houses within 6 miles of my house so my wife and I didnt have to go far. I should have brought cards with me since many people asked me for my number. I dadnt think it would be a networking moment. Bob, maybe next year I will be on the tour. :) WW

There will be a Nation Wide Solar Tour this Saturday, 10 AM To 4 PM. People with renewable energy systems open their houses to showcase their systems. Google National Solar Tour to get more information. Get out and take a look at these systems and see what you might do at your own house.

I was going to post an announcement myself. I've got my tour book and am ready to go. I found 2 within 2 miles of my house. One is the 2005 University of MD Decathalon house. There must be over 50 in the MD, DC and VA area. BTW, I had a meeting with the good Dr. at Thermomax. I mentioned I knew you you and he smiled. WW

I was there.

My hat is off to Bob. I am only three miles from his house (laboratory, lol) but arrived at 2 pm and left at 4:30. I am surprised his vocal chords were still operational. I guess you could say that he has some nice pipes. Yep, that is a double entendre.

He has a little bit (in some cases, alot) of everything but a hydrogen generator and nuke plant. He is only a mile away from the Lowell Tech nuclear facility so maybe we will see something in that regard next year.
