Couple of questions on the TT install. What kind of radiation on the system? Is there a pump inside the cabinet for the primary loop? Are the zone pumps the only pumps on the secondary loop?

    This work was done by a man that cared about an end result. He hated to tell you that he wasn't finished on a certain day , perhaps many days. And when those photo's were taken , it was realized that " The Man " created something..." Wonderful ". And how great it would be to be a business owner and have job pictures like that plastering a wall.

    And yeah , I battle people each day about quality versus the dollar...and tough times like this make me realize how valuable skilled heating / ac men are. The past few years have flooded the workforce with many people who just " get by ". Good people should be taken care of , and men who do work like this should get the best raises or bonuses available.

    There is a primary pump for the boiler external

    Pumps on the secondary and also separate motorized mix valve for radiant floor, radiant w/ extruded plates and cast iron radiators in sleeping quarters.
