New IN6 Boiler install

It's is cool enough for a trial operating cycle.
The old AS oil boiler was 640 sq ft, the IN6 is 450 sq ft. Same house of course is the same.
I noticed that the 1 psi pressure limit was reach much quicker - within the first 15 min of running, and the radiators were just starting to get hot. The old boiler would run for over an hour to reach the first pressure trip out.
Could it be that my two main vents are now too small?

Out with the oil, In with gas, with photos
I spent the summer getting a Pro to quote and do the install.
The IN6 was provided by National Grid, the install was done to my spec based on all that I have learned from you folks here, on "The Wall". The two risers and the drop header are all 2 in pipe size.
Photos attached. I think the Pro did a good neat job. The pipe insulation is strictly, amateur', from what I had on hand and could buy.
There is a surplus water meter just for the boiler, and a small 24 vac hour meter which is barely visible. Later I'll be asking if XX gallons of water for YY hours of steaming is OK.0 -
You can't do that combination skim/relief valve thing you've got going on there. That 3/4" tapping is too small for skimming and the relief valve needs to stand upright without any tees (Fig 23, paragraph b).
The manual shows the right plug to pull (tapping L, fig. 2). It's a one-inch tapping on the right end section.
