    Heading off tomorrow for 11 days in Bodrum, Turkey. It's in the center of a huge bay at the junction of the Mediterranean and Agean seas. Found a very nice, all-inclusive resort with private beach. Mid 80s days, mid 60s nights and rain very rare this time of year.

    Will be interesting to see what sort of heating systems they use. It doesn't get terribly cold in the winter, but believe there should be something for heat...

    Temple of Mausulus sp? (one of the original wonders of the world) is there but now nothing more than rubble after ancient earthquake and looters.

    Am taking a two-day private tour to ancient city of Ephesus and Pamukkale Hot Springs (pic attached). Looks light lots of energy to harness from that place...

    Really good travel bargains out there right now. If you're booking on-line, I'd suggest playing with dates. Seemingly inconsequential changes more than doubled the cost. Booked the trip shortly after my weirded-out "source of energy" revalation ;)
