some policy makers advocate a "drill here and drill now" policy to reduce dependence on foreign oil;while others would have us seek alternate energy sources such as wind power [i still don't see why the generator has to be up high].
here is a solution everyone will like: a tower that houses both a drill rig and a wind turbine-especially useful when there is no oil at the bottem of the hole!-nbc
