Any affordable thermostat/modem combinations out there so my customer's customer can adjust their thermostat over the phone, or at least turn the heat on and off?

Had a customer
who bought Proliphix brand thermostats. You can log on by website and check out the house remotely. Seems ok.
I'm also looking in Uponors' climate control network.
