Something with Vegas and the PH of the water(Acidic?) Breaking down the Brass fittings which turned into an Law suit?

Not sure about this ,But:

Would it not be smarter to address the PH of the water before it is subjected to the Tubing/Fittings and worst yet the Humans!

Or does it not matter ?
Either way one will get sued because the tubing was able to supply the substance(Acidic H2O?) to the humans ,they get sick and now we are suing you because of this !

Maybe they should be "Greatfull" that these Fittings were the "FUSE ABLE LINK" in this situation..??
