Testing Water On Closed Loop Geo

I have a residential geothermal system I installed approximately ten years ago. We started to develope problems with the cast iron flow center leaking through the volute. It appears that the cast iron is reacting to some inbalance in the loop water/antifreeze solution. I have contacted the manufacturer and also a loop contractor for input but no one seams to have an answer or even a direction in which to go. I suggested having the loop fluid tested but was told by the loop contractor that you can not test water with antifeeze in it. I'am using denatured alcohol as my antifreeze. I have since installed a bronze flow center, but now I'm wondering what else in the system might fail. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
