heat load
It would be a mistake for anyone on the Wall to guess at what your heat load is with the information you supplied. A proper heat loss done by a heating professional is the only way to properly get the heat loss. Hire a pro to do this for you. It will be worth the cost.

I am in Boston (Newton actually). Where do you live? Give me a shout. It is my profession and I can do the heat loss calculations for you.
