FHP/Bosh recently came to my town. Does anyone know much about FHP?

I signed up for the Waterfurnace 3 day training class in Exton, PA next week.

I have a few potential customers that have been asking me about incorporating it into their existing radiant floor systems.

    Will any wallies be there?

What do you guys think of Waterfurnace? I have serviced a few water to air systems that were abandoned by the original installing contractor and have learned a whole lot. They seem to be a pretty good company to deal with and Mike Fink my territory rep is always pretty quick to repond w/ questions.

    Can't be beat

I have been installing WaterFurnace since 1991 and have never been disappointed with the product. They have always been ahead of the game from what I have seen comparing other brands. They have excellent marketing stuff for dealers. They require contractors to get trained, I see other brands being offered by my suppliers and I can buy the equipment off the shelf, no training necessary. Back in the 90's I saw some bad installations because of lack of training, that can really screw things up over time. IMO.

    FHP

Been dealing with FHP since '92. Good quality and tech support. We have not had any major problems.

My money is on Earthlink (ECR/ETI)

Direct Exchange system for higher efficiency.

You should check them out at the very least.

Yes I do like the ECM system concept of direct bury of the refrigerant lines, form what I remember you can get a 10 degree higher water to water output temp.

It just seems to me that Waterfurnace has a stronger presence in my market and it would be easier for me to get started with them for now.

Yeah, Mike's a good guy I have serviced some DX equipment that fell into my lap from a botched system (and contractor) and both Mike and the factory tech support was very helpful.
