Steam Boiler Maintenance

I was at one of our larger accounts today for PM's. Today I was tasked to PM the RTU's, chiller and pumps. During the day I struck up a conversation with the in-house maintenance guys. They were doing some steam trap maintenance. They were cleaning and inspecting Spirax FT-30 and FTI-15's. I asked about the thermostatic traps and being new to the job, he didn't know about them. We found them together. They are Dunham-Bush. I also noticed that they had drained the steamers for the summer. Here are some pics. Three Parker staem boilers and two hot water heat exchangers.
