Jack,

Do you happen to have the Air Conditioning version of that Jobsite Information Sheet? I remember when I was in the field doing startup and t-shooting on the Rheem units that the tech support guy from Rheem used to fax those to me and have me fill them out before he would help me. I now am trying to get my technicians to do the same (I was demoted to service manager after my knees/shoulders/and back went south on me). These sheets are awesome for things that aren't obvious.

Looking for a heat pump chart

Hi Guys 8-)

I am looking for a copy of a heat pump troubleshooting chart. The one that I hope you may be able to help me with is a fill out sheet that has the low and high side gauges as a picture in the middle of it, shows the lineset between the indoor and outdoor unit and pictures of the compressor and reversing valve and other components etc. It has little boxes for filling out the pressures/temps/ampdraws etc.

Does anyone have an electronic copy of this little gem that you can post for me or email to me?
