I actually found it in "Hydronic Radiant Heating - a practical guide for the nonengineer installer by Dan Holohan" but it does reference John Siegenthaler.

Both their books are highly recommended.

Here it is:
makes 1-cubic yard or 3,000 psi (strength at 28 days)

517 lbs. type 1 portland cement
1,630 lbs. concrete sand
1,485 lbs. #1A (1/4" maximum) peastone
4.14 ounces air entraining agent
15.5 ounces Hycol (a water reducing agent)
1.5 lbs. fiber mesh
51.7 ounces superlasticizer (WRDA-19)
about 20 gallons water

I used to have a recepie for light weight concrete for radiant heat, but I can't find it. Does anyone have a usable recepie. "not Gyp" this is for wet areas.

    Siegenthaler has one.

John Siegenthaler published a recipe in his "Modern Hydronic Heating" book, it was called the "Youker mix". You might google it. I can e-mail you the recipe later tonight if you don't find it.
