You're right. According to this metric, MT and RI are pretty much the same. :)

    Radiant Heat in Montana

I need to find a radiant floor expert in the Flathead Lake area. My sister is going to build a house and the builders say radiant is no good. Too expensive to operate. Obviously we need some help for these people.

Try Tom Simensen, Radiant Specialties, in Kalispell, MT (406) 752-5200.

I would also ping Andrew Hagen

but I am not sure what part of Montana he is in. It is such a small state, just like Rhode Island, only different.

    Radiant in MT

Does Andrew have an address or phone number?
BTW I work for a HVAC contractor in Buffalo, and the people who have radiant here just love it.

Sure we have fewer people than Rhode Island, but we have three cattle for every person in Montana. I'd like to see RI match that. ;-)

I'm full of free advice, but unfortunately I am in Butte, about 250 miles from Kalispell. I may have a contact for you that I will send in an email.

    I was hoping

that you would step in, Andrew! One way or the other, you add much.

RI actually has more farmland per capita or as a percentage of total land area, I forget which, than much larger states, hard to believe. They even have emu farms because I guess the bison do not fit.

The RI Elk heard is getting thin. They meet the first Thursday of the month at 7:30, pot-luck.

    Thanks Guys

I knew there'd be people in the west who knew their stuff!
    Thanks.
We'll be in touch when we're ready for a design or I may do it and let you guys shoot holes in it. It'll probably be 3 bedroom, single story, 1500 sq ft house and she wants real hardwood floors.
    The Wall Rules.

PS Does Brad need a keeper or is he harmless? BTW Vermont's cow population used to out number the people.
  • Brad has a keeper..

He just married her (Susan). But, even with that, he is under control, for the most part :-)

    ME
  • We refer to it

as one of those big square states out there in the middle somewhere. At least it does not pretend to have or be an Island like Rhode Island. It does have a lot of nervous sheep however.
