BTU rating on old round element baseboard

in THE MAIN WALL
I need info on old 3/4" copper tube element w/ round copper fins. Fins are about 1-1/4"in diameter. Each fin is flat copper 5/8" long & 1/4"wide, house was built in early 50's. Any help would be appreciated.
