Adding outdoor reset and constant circulation

I am a homeowner in Louisville Ky of a 4000 sq ft home heated by circulated hotwater in castiron radiators. The system is a converted two pipe steam which was converted approximately 25 years ago. The boiler is a gas fired Dunkirk, 240k Btu I/P and 192K Btu O/P. The grundfos circulator pump only runs when the boiler is firing. I have drained the system to move a radiator as part of a remodel project. It contains about 240 gallons of water. The house is pretty tight, previous owner had cellulos insulation blown in the wall and I have added insulation and replaced windows. I keep a close eye on the system and have never seen the water temp above 160. Does it make sense to add ODR and constant circulation to system this old. Thanks to all in advance.
