DO you mean a 450 mills boiler. If so, the return yoke from Smith includes an equalizer from the bottom of the steam drum to the yoke. At least it did the last time I installed on of those babies.....a real challenge but a lot of fun too.

    steam piping

    installing a smith mills 4500 boiler, it has a return yoke, is a equalizing line required or will the return take care of that.
