crown boiler mixing boiler module

in THE MAIN WALL
anybody ever use this see this or have any info on this.
bought one from a guy to try it out good price of course, installed it on a job and is not working. trying to get a manual or info on it and cant fing it any where,mixing valve is wired with a special ,plug but not sure how to wire it. trying to scan picture to better see it.
