coal stove & gas fireplace

in THE MAIN WALL
have a customer looking to install a coal stove & sealed combustion gas fired fireplace. both vent terminals through the roof. gas fireplace has a coaxial vent termination. does anyone know what the minimum distance between these 2 vent terminals needs to be? i am thinking 4' between & have the coal terminate 2' higher on roof. any help is appreciated
