Gas conversion burner questions ( Ron Jr. )

in THE MAIN WALL
my first conversion gun in about 20 years so I'm kinda rusty with 'em . Of course the boiler is shoved in a closet under the stairs ....... It'll be a Mitco gas gun and the instructions are kinda lacking . The instructions say to mount a draft regulator in the run end of a tee . Is this the correct way ? Is it a regular draft regulator ? And should we mount any extra safeties on the boiler ?
