BOILER CLEARANCE

Looking to replace a 25 yr plus Burnham residential steam boiler in my brothers house, looks like I can replace it with a Burnham IN4, will doulble check connected load before the install, My question is the boiler room now is enclosed w/sliding doors, the existing boiler has the flue coming out of the center of the boiler, and the IN4 has it in the rear of the boiler, I have 47 inches from the chimney/foundation wall to the boiler room side of the doors now, and the over all dimension of a IN4 front to back with the flue box connected is 34 3/4" Burnham recommends 6" from the rear of the boiler to a combustible wall but does not list the front of the boiler to combutible material, Would anyone know what the front clearance would be for IN4? And since the rear of the boiler is against a chimney/foundation wall can I but the boiler up to this wall to increase the clearance in the front of the boiler since there are wood doors closing off the room. Thanks for your imput guys

    Burnham Independence Knockdown Dimensions

I've purchased a packaged Burnham Independence IN8NI (245,000 BTU Input) boiler. Unless I am to knock down a wall, the boiler will have to be disassembled such that its components will go through a 22-inch-wide passageway which passes in front of the 29-inch-wide basement doorway, then turn into the doorway. Will this boiler knock down to that extent? (Can't find these minimum dimensions in the literature.) Steve
