Mine (an 80M) has been installed for about 2.5 years now with no problems.

I cant comment on parts availability because I havn't needed any!

Regardless of which heater you choose, make sure your installer follows the install instructions!

    How reliable are munchkin boilers?

    Are parts hard to get?
    how do they rate as far as efficiency is conserned?
