The Aerco is a great boiler. The RayPak Hi-Delta also might be a solution for you. They are easy to operate and have outdoor rated boilers in the size you are looking for. I would also suggest you get it priced with the cold start 3-way valve option.

2-1.5 mbtuh sealed combustion boilers

I am trying to find a couple of replacement boilers for a school. I was thinking sealed combustion in hopes that they wouldn't have to build an enclosure around the boilers.I'd like to find something reliable that would be fairly simple to maintain. I have gotten quotes on Lochinvar,Thermal Solutions and Patterson Kelly. I have no history with any of these manufactures. I had a bad experience with an RBI copper boiler any suggestions?

Vitocrossal is a great choice as well. We use these in several school projects with much success. If you have the past fuel bills, ask the Viessmann rep to get you a CPEP evaluation that will give you fuel savings, paybeak, ROI, Emissions reduction and more. Great stuff

I have heard a lot of good about this boiler, have not installed one yet but I know the rep well and they have had very good luck with them, lots installed. Good luck

Thermal Solutions

We did a job earlier this year with some Thermal Solutions, we loved them. They were very well built and seemed to be a step above the Aerco and Patterson Kelly units. We plan on using them whenever we can from now on.
