Finding a Pro

Hi, as you all have probably heard, Cedar Rapids, IA has been hit hard by flooding.
The company supplying steam to my house may or may not be able to do so in the future. If they can they state it will be billed at about 4.4 times higher cost than before the flood.
I am trying to find a pro to install a boiler in my home in this area.
Please, if possible, post some names that I could contact for this work. Must know what they are doing so as to have a good workable heating system in the future.
Also what brand boiler should I be looking at, wish to be energy efficient, as I do not have a vent stack.
Thank you, Dallas
