Honeywell directly and spoke to a sales rep. Used a telephone number on the web site. Maybe they won't sel it directly to customer? I don't know. Very weird. I'd like a product number too. Perhaps I'll call today and see what information I get.

Wireles thermostats
I'm considering doing a job where we want to zone an oil hot water system. The system is installed in a VERY LARGE two story brick house that has virtually no access to run wires to the second floor. Does anyone know of any reliable wireless thermostat and control system that would be applicable here. I will be using 6 - taco zone valves. The boiler has an L8124A triple aquastat that I would like to leave on.
Thanks for the help.

wireless stats
Just one word.......Honeywell. Our local rep has a demo system that we can take into a building and try to make sure the system will carry within the building. Have used several with no problems.

Uponor
Uponor just introduced Wireless T-stats that look awesome, you would have to use their zone valves I believe.0 -
This is a new product? Because when I called Honeywell last winter looking for a wireless t-stat for my apt building, I was told that no wireless t-stat product existed.0 -

Have used them for a couple of years now. Don't know who you spoke with, but......

I guess this . . .
is what you're talking about. I found this with google search. I can't understand why this is new to me. I'm sure I did the same search last winter when I was looking to install a new t-stat for my apt bldg.

Honeywell wireless
3 zone receiver is a W8665E1000 and the stats are T8665A1002. Read instructions carefully!!!! You have to use an isolation relay between the receiver and your zone controller if it puts out 24 V at the TT connection. I use RIB relays and wire the controller to pull in the 24v coil and the N/O to make the TT...works great and the ability to move the stat around in a large zone or house makes it a heating guys dreams come true. Hope this helps. Good luck

My Bad . . .
I was thinking about a t-stat that had a wireless remote temperature sensor so that I could put the thermostat controls out of an apt in a common area accessible to all residents. No such product exists. At least so I'm told.0
