BOILER RUMBLING

I HAVE A NTI BOILER 150C THAT MAKES ALOT OF RUMBLING WHEN IT MODULATES. ONCE IT IS UP AND RUNNING IT IS JUST FINE. IT DOESN'T DO IT ALL THE TIME BUT WHEN IT DOES IT IS BAD ENOUGH TO SHAKE THE HOUSE. COMBUSTION ANALIZING HAS BEEN DONE AND IT IS FINE. LP GAS REGULATOR HAS BEEN CHECKED AND IT IS FINE. MY VENTING IS SHORT BUT THERE ARE 5 90'S TOTAL(INCLUDING THE OUTSIDE). IT SEEMS TO HAPPEND MORE WHEN IT IS IN DOMESTIC MODE. THE BOILER IS ONLY A YEAR OLD. I HAVE SOFT WATER FOR DOMESTIC SIDE, BUT THE BOILER MAY HAVE BEEN FILLED WITH HARD WATER, I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE. i THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE BEEN A WATER FLOW THING BUT THE BOILER DOESN'T SHUT DOWN FOR SHORT CYCLING. ANY HELP GUYS?

inducer
Cross Check the Serial# on the boiler to NTI's list of bad inducers.
We had experienced same problem and once we replaced the inducer/blower.. the problem went away.
now the funny part: ran a ti100 sn#. showed up as a bad inducer. Put a new one on & problem solved.
Then NTI advised that the inducer we sent back was perfectly ok. (hmmmm... yet the problem went away)
in the end we got our credit
wish you luck!
