Tempering valve for tankless coil

I am trying to find the NYS code in reference to either a tempering or anti scald valve requirement on a tankless coil.I have googled and searched the NYS code online with no success.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim Cogger

HEY JIMBO, That would come under plumbing . checked I.C.B. code ....domestic 140* max. MANDATORY use a holby 3/4 " 500 bucks or a dole ...ten bucks. don't forget the 27 " heat sink loop. go chivas. lol0
