    Percolating boiler

    I have a customer with a 15 yr old cast iron boiler with scale build up that is percolating. He doesn't want to replace it and I mentioned I could attempt to try a chemical solution to eliminate the noise. I think there may be a thread going on about that now but I can't find it. So, any recommendation on any products and their effectiveness? I have pressure tested the heat lines thinking if may have been taking on water causing the build up but that's not it. Seems like it's a little premature for a 15 yr old boiler to have this problem.
