    flying in to Rankin Inlet -

    I noticed a turbine in the distance. After a bit of poking around I found it was a trial installation - and for a number of reasons shut down, not all of them economic. Given the high cost of fuel here in the arctic - it may be time to re visit the program. If reliable equipment was available - it might even be profitable.
