Titan Air (Pool Unit)

Anyone have User/Operator manuals or know where to get them. It would be great to get any tech sheets.
Dealing with a pool area unit by TItan Air in a hotel and its not exchanging the air out. Fan is running but is pushing air in but not pulling any out. Any and all help and shared knowledge is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. GC3

    Make sure you have model and serial #, it will be the first question he asks you.
