HAS ANYONE EVER SEEN OR HEARD OF A SPENCER BOILER. IT IS A HORIZONTAL TUBE STEET BOILER. I AM TRYING TO DETERMINE THE APPROXAMATE AGE.

Could be as old
as the 1920s or earlier. If it says it was made by "Standard Heater Co" rather than "Spencer Heater Co" it's at least that old. The Spencer was one of the better boilers of its day.
