long time no post so here it is ,i myself have my own opions on open systems but i am now pricing out a radaint job strictly floor warming using geo thermal heat pumps and am wondering about the fact that the geo contractor is using a open system for the water source ,the wells are drilled all ready 2 -10inch casing about 275 ft deep this system will pump from 1 and dump into the other they will be operating 3 systems off of these wells they do have DEP approval ,i have my own opions on open stystems and using flatplate heat exchangers the units will be water furnaces and we have included a boiler buddy as a hydro seperator for our 2 taco RMB and 1 taco x block and of course all the sub zones wotrking off of it our max design temp is about 90 thanks clammy
