Any way to reduce your heat loss? You already have an excellent heating system. Possibly you could fine tune the reset curve on the Tekmar, but any gains will probably be very minor.

Trying to be pro-active for the up coming heating season. Looking for advice on control stratagies to increase efficiency of current heating system
1 System, fin tube, home run from each room, wraps entire exterior walls in each room.
2. Boiler, Viessmann Vitola BEA 29, with 42 gal Verticell Indirect & Mixing Valve
3. Tekmar 260, with indoor & outdoor sensor.
4. Three bedroom loops have Danfoss RTVs.
5. Fourth loop runs free, no RTV. Largest in over all length as well as feet of heating elements. Indoor sensor is in this room and is the controlling loop.0 -

Thank you for you response. Will be adding polycarbonate sheet to these French Doors plus storm door to entry. French doors are insulated glass with drapes that are closed at night. In the winter solar gain will shut down controlling loop for a period of time.0
