2 stage Riello burner

Wayne, this definitely is not your every day Riello burner and I would say it would be prudent to obtain some training on it before making it available to your customers. Also there are a few parts that I question if they will be readily available? As it is, it seems many wholesalers have scaled back on even the most common items Riello or otherwise.
I cant say I have seen in action just on the table during a training session here at Kosco. Since we have not installed any yet I cant speak for the savings but I would have think it would reap worthy savings just based on the concept and at todays cost of fuel any savings is worth while in my opinion.
Ive attached a pdf in the event you might not have seen the data yet. That will at least tell you a little more about the burner.

I was pricing
a new Thermopride furnace and my sales guy sez I should consider selling the model with the 2 stage Riello burner. Never heard of it before. I have questions. How well does it work? Is it considerably harder to work on? Will my local burner technicians be able to figure it out? How much does it save? Thanks for your help. WW

I haven't seen one in the field. But have been to a Thermopride class covering it.It is not a standard Riello by any means. It is only available in conjunction with a ECM motor.I would guess it would use 15-20 % less fuel than a standard unit.
George Lanthier has a Riello handbook that covers this unit and is invaluable in the field
