radiant wall detail
I was hoping to incorporate radiant plates behind a wainscotting detail in a basement playroom. The detail will have a finished height of 42" and the plates would be attached between furring directly on wall studs(2x3 on edge) with foil-faced polyisocyanurate insulation directly behind studs. Is this a decent design or is the insulation too far from the plates to be effective? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!0
