To Zone an Old System?

I just bought a 1920s home with two pipe hot water system. I'm about to start asking for quotes to replace the boiler (original, then converted to gas), add indirect, update the system, pumps, etc...So I'm tying to get knowledgable on everything and have a quick question.
The boiler is located on one side of the home. Out of the boiler the two pipes Y into four: two for the front of the house and two for the back. The second floor radiators are sort of "stacked" onto the first floor. (It's depicted in the Thrush Manual in the Library.) The living room is actually served by both feeds.
It would seem simple to break into two zones, but is it worth it? I dont think the front of the house heats differently than the back (unlike the first floor heats differently than the second). Is there any benefit?

It's easier than you think
simply install Thermostatic Radiator Valves in the rooms you want to keep cooler than the rest of the house. No repiping or rewiring needed, and they work great- ask me how I know that......
