Proper size brush to clean WM SGO-4

Milrose 84200. I wish the handles were a bit thicker, but they clear the pins fairly well. I also like to follow up with the softer "tapered" slightly lighter bristled brush.Go from both directions, and alway follow up with a soot saw to get the ends that can't be reached because of the tilt of the pin pattern
Between the 3, you should have a pretty clean set of pins. Hope that helped. Chris

Proper size brush to clean WM SGO-4
What size brush is best for cleaning the heat exchanger of the SGO boilers?Steve from Denver, CO0 -
I see the 84200 on the Millrose web site. It's a 1-1/2" x 1-18" brush.
They also show a 84201 horsehair brush. Is that what you are referring to? I'm not sure what brushes are tapered.

I think....
It's the 82215 that I use. At 30" it's a bit longer than the round brush, but makes the touch up quite nice. Chris0
