Wirsbo air expander

I had the same problem with both of my expanders. I called Uponor and they repaired both of my tools at no charge. There are o-rings and various seals in the relief portion of the unit that wore out. After about a week, Uponor sent the units back and no problems so far. It's been about three months since the repair, by the way. But expanding 1 inch aquapex for a week was almost a full body workout =)

I have a problem with my air expander and wondered if anyone here might be able to help. The tool will not fully expand the heads. It has the proper amount of oil in it and I am using 90 psi of air. Any thoughts?
Thanks, EJW0 -
